Nutrition Consultations
30 or 60-Minute Consultation (one time)
In order to keep the body functioning at its best, all systems need to be working at an optimum level and deficiencies in any one system eventually lead to a breakdown of health and vitality and eventually disease. A nutritional consultation involves a discussion about your diet and lifestyle, nutrition goals, an exploration of your health issues and reasons for wanting to make a change.

Welcome! My name is Cassandra A. Taylor, DNP, CNWC, RN. My motto is “Training your body for positive change!” My services will provide you with the tools you need to do just that!
What is my approach to nutrition and health?
Although my approach with each client varies, there are some general principles I value in my practice as a certified nutrition consultant that will help you decide if we are a good fit:
- Personalized solution that works for you because everyone is different! What works for one person may not work for the next person.
- Personal approach which includes compassionate guidance and careful listening so that I can meet you where you are and together, we can create a plan for healthy nutritional choices.
- Evidenced-based approach to nutrition, which involves nutrition evidence together with clinical experience while valuing the importance of finding balance of your mind, body and soul which ultimately lead to optimal health and well-being.
- My food philosophy is “You are what you eat!” We must be careful about what type of foods we put into our body. We want to eat “good” foods like more plant-based meals and meals with unsaturated fats which help reduce the risk of heart disease and lower cholesterol levels among other health benefits as well.
It is important to understand that the foods we eat, and lifestyle habits can affect health over time. I know that finding that balance can be hard but eating healthy doesn’t have to be. I have developed realistic methods for balanced nutrition. I will assist you with nutrition information, food alternatives and choosing a healthful diet.
