• Aqua Intervals is a high energy workout to build a better heart and core to improve balance with intervals to maximize each participants potential to improve health.

• Aqua Bootcamp  Kick up your exercise program a notch with these drills and hard core exercises done in the water. This challenging workout will give you an extra push to surpass your comfort zone with water being a great medium for cross training.

• Aqua BodySculpt is a low impact class designed to increase joint mobility and full range of motion in shallow water. All while getting a total body workout.

• Aqua Tabata is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Mixing this format with the properties of water through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, allows each class to blast away the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Class begins with a short warm-up in the pool followed by followed by a series of four minute exercise sequences. Each sequence is broken into eight 20/10 intervals (20 seconds of intense work followed by 10 seconds of rest).

• Gentle Aqua will increase the range of motion of joints, improve flexibility, muscle fitness, core strength and posture.

AquaFit participants may bring their own webbed gloves to class. Aqua shoes or Aqua socks are recommended. Noodles, hand held buoys, kickboards, and aqua belts are provided by LifeBridge Health and Fitness.
