Jason Kim

Jason Kim is the Program Director of Sports Performance and a highly trained strength and conditioning coach dedicated to helping athletes reach their peak potential. He is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Level 1 USA Weightlifting Coach, a TPI Certified Fitness Level 2 Coach, and a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist.

With expertise in sports performance, speed and agility training, and injury reduction, Jason designs programs that challenge athletes to grow while prioritizing long-term health and safety.

His training philosophy is simple yet powerful: “If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.”

Our Services

Sports Performance Evaluation

A comprehensive series of tests designed to establish baseline performance and assess movement quality. We identify your strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement to guide individualized training plans and enhance athletic performance.

Private & Semi-Private Training (Ages 8+)

Work one-on-one or in small groups with a performance coach to target specific athletic goals.

All programs are fully customized based on your sport, ability level, and performance needs.

Adult Training

At LifeBridge Health & Fitness, our Sports Performance programs are designed to help adults live better, feel better, and stay confident doing the activities they love. We combine fitness, injury prevention, and recovery strategies to support overall health and performance.
