Jason Kim

Jason Kim is the Program Director of Sports Performance and a highly trained strength and conditioning coach dedicated to helping athletes reach their peak potential. He is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Level 1 USA Weightlifting Coach, a TPI Certified Fitness Level 2 Coach, and a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist.

With expertise in sports performance, speed and agility training, and injury reduction, Jason designs programs that challenge athletes to grow while prioritizing long-term health and safety.

His training philosophy is simple yet powerful: “If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.”

Our Services

Performance Assessments

Detailed evaluations to create a data-driven training plan. 

Movement Screen & Functional Assessment
Identify mobility restrictions, imbalances, and potential injury risks. 

Speed & Agility Testing
40-yard dash, shuttle runs, and sport-specific agility drills. 

Strength & Power Testing
Max lifts, vertical jump, and explosive power analysis. 

Vertical jump, broad jump and medicine ball toss measurements 

Sports Performance Training

Athletic Development 

Build coordination, body awareness, and foundational skills in a fun, supportive setting.  

Ages 8 – 13 

Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30 – 5:15 pm 

$100.00/month unlimited classes offered 2x/week 

 Speed & Agility Training

Improve footwork, quickness, and directional speed. 

Ages 11 – 18 

Monday – Thursday 5:30 – 6:30 pm 

Saturdays 9:30 – 10:30 am 

$200/month unlimited classes offered 5x/week 

Strength & Conditioning Program

    Comprehensive programs to build power, endurance, and functional strength targeting experienced athletes  

    Ages 13 – 18 

    Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays 6:30 – 7:30 pm 

    $300/month unlimited classes offered 3x/week 

    Personalized Strength Training

    1 on 1 Sessions with a Certified Sports Performance Coach focusing on strength, power, and performance goals. 

    Small Group Training with a Certified Sports Performance Coach  

    Train like an athlete in a motivating small-group setting. Our Sports Medicine–backed performance specialists design each session to improve strength, speed, agility, and conditioning — while keeping safety and injury prevention at the forefront. 

    Groups of 3–8 athletes for individualized attention 

    Sport-specific drills tailored to age and ability level 

    Progressive training that builds power, mobility, and endurance 

    Supportive team environment to push each athlete to their best 

    Perfect for athletes who want professional-level training with the energy of a team atmosphere. 

     

    Adult Sports Performance Program

    A dynamic program designed for adults looking to improve strength, speed, agility, endurance, and overall athletic performance. Whether you’re training a sport, seeking functional fitness, or aiming to elevate your personal health goals, this program combines evidence-based strength and conditioning techniques, sport-specific drills, and functional movement training. Participants will enhance core stability, mobility, cardiovascular fitness, and power while reducing the risk of injury.

    • Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:30 pm
    • $200/month unlimited classes offered 2x/week

    Team Training

    Elevate your team’s performance with in-season or off-season training, on-site or off-site. We work with:

    • Youth programs

    Training is tailored to match the competitive demands of your sport.

    Injury Prevention & Rehab Support

    Stay healthy and stay in the game.

    We integrate prehab techniques, corrective exercises, and rehab guidance in partnership with LifeBridge Health Sports Medicine to support recovery and reduce injury risk.
