  • Controlled and reduced stress
  • Boosted immune system

There are many styles and forms of yoga. LifeBridge Health and Fitness offers a full class schedule that focuses on various objectives, such as toning different parts of your body, concentrating on movement and balance, or easing arthritis and other ailments.

This class is perfect for anyone looking to combine the mindfulness and flexibility of yoga with the power and intensity of strength training.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Restorative is a gentle, calming practice that uses props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body in restful postures. Each pose is held for an extended period of time, allowing the muscles to release tension, the nervous system to shift into deep relaxation, and the mind to quiet. This practice focuses on slowing down, improving circulation, and promoting overall balance and healing. Perfect for reducing stress, supporting recovery, and restoring energy, Restorative Yoga is accessible to all levels and requires no prior yoga experience.

ALIGNMENT YOGA

focuses on building strength, balance, and flexibility through proper alignment in each posture. With mindful instruction and the use of props as needed, participants will learn how to safely refine their practice, prevent injury, and deepen body awareness. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced and looking to fine-tune your technique, Alignment Yoga offers a supportive environment to improve posture, enhance stability, and create a strong foundation for both on and off the mat.
